[Aep] AEP - SEPTEMBER IN PERSON BOARD MEETING IN ORLANDO, FL - SEPTEMBER 17 & 18

Evening AEP Board Members--

Dr. Ritucci has very kindly put together some information for accommodations for our upcoming In-Person Board Meeting in Orlando, FL in September. More details will be sent to you as they become available, but I wanted to give you the rough details so that you could make your arrangements in a timely way in order to get good airline fares and room accommodations.

Dr. Ritucci has sent me brochures for the Crowne Plaza Universal - Orlando, Florida. I am mailing each of you a brochure today. In the meantime, you can look at the Crowne Plaza Universal information at http://www.crowneplazauniversal.com  Dr. Ritucci will get a conference room there for 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (expect the meeting to break up before then) for Saturday, September 18th and he will make sure a continental breakfast is available. He is hoping to have a dinner sponsor for Friday evening, September 17th for the Board of Directors.

The meeting Agenda and other pertinent documents will be emailed and given to you at the meeting.

A huge 'thank you' goes out to Dr. Ritucci for putting this together.
