In what is likely a Pittsburgh first, KDKA-TV Channel 2 will present a Mayoral Candidates Forum where high school students pose the questions to six of the candidates for Mayor of Pittsburgh this Saturday night May 7 from 7PM-8 PM. KDKA Anchor Ken Rice and KDKA Money & Politics Reporter Jon Delano moderate and field questions from these city high school students, who are participating in Greater Pittsburgh Student Voices through their Social Studies classes.

Non-partisan civics education initiative Greater Pittsburgh Student Voices is a project of the School Performance Network, working in collaboration with the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania, Point Park University, and 34 high schools in the region.

You can also read about this lively event in today's Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and Tribune-Review.
